Answers before you arrive
01How long does an appointment take?
Between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the service. Lash extensions take around 2 hours, brow lamination and tinting about 30 minutes, permanent make-up around 1.5 hours and a lash lift about an hour.
02How long do the results last?
Permanent make-up lasts up to 2 years. Lash extensions 3 to 6 weeks, a lash lift 4 to 8 weeks, brow lamination 4 to 8 weeks and a brow tint up to 3 weeks. It always depends on how quickly your own hairs renew.
03Do extensions damage your own lashes?
Not when the technique and the products are right. Proper home care matters too — we will explain it after your appointment.
04Is it suitable for sensitive eyes?
Yes. Just let us know in advance so we can choose the right products and approach.
05When do lashes need an infill?
Usually every 2 to 3 weeks. After four weeks we can still do an infill if at least 50% of the lashes are left — otherwise we recommend a fresh set.
